2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for:
- Lingerie items
- Underwear
- Swimwear
- Any items that have been worn, used, or had their original packaging removed
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be returned unless it arrives damaged or incorrect.

- Keep all original packaging
We will review your case and provide appropriate compensation or replacement.

- The order has not yet been dispatched
- You contact us within 1 hour of placing the order
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
