This is a beautiful soft lightweight lace with a little stretch. The Ivory is offset with a nice silk peach ribbon to adjust in places like hips waist and shoulders. There isn’t any “support” as such but being lace it’s not to be expected! The teddy itself is more see through than expected but still manages to cover enough to make you feel more confident than I was expecting! It’s great to wear and doesn’t get in the way of any shenanigans and can happily be left on and pulled to the side during said shenanigans 😉 We requested a size up in case there was no wriggle room but it certainly isn’t needed (size 14 to 16 and got the largest size!) will deffo get a smaller one if we decide to get the black one as well!
We were sent this piece in return for an honest review. On receipt it is the usual quality you would expect from belleshoney and is a well detailed and very lacey piece. The teddy looks good and it fits the body well but when it comes to the length, my OH felt that it wasn’t quite long enough, and it pulls slightly on the neck. She is 5’11” and a curvy size 16-18 with F cup boobs and we were sent the 1X\2X size, which is our go to at BellesHoney, but on this occasion it wasn’t quite long enough, a constant struggle with bodies\teddies on a tall frame. When on, being completely lacey, it looks fantastic with everything on view but covered in a lace facade. It is also easy access all over, as the boobs slip out easily and the bottom end is so open everything is accessible. All in all this is a really nice lacey teddy but let down by the length for those with a larger bust and a taller frame.
My items arrived right on time in very innocent looking packaging as always. The first thing that I noticed about thus beautiful teddy is made from the most beautifully soft black lace fabric. It is stretchy to give a lovely close fit but doesn’t feel flimsy at all. I’m at the bottom end of the size range, size 8/10 but its fits beautifully. The cami type bottom flows and just covers my bum, adjustable with a back strap and Halter-neck. This gives a great fit. My favourite part of the teddy is the lace up front, this actually changes up the look of the item totally. Closed for a snugger fit and covered up or looser to show off cleavage. The flirty lace teddy is a beautifully made item that is definitely being packaged for my naughty easter weekend away.
I love a lot of things about this teddy. There is just one major drawback, which for most won’t exist, but which for me is a definite problem. I am a size UK 12-14 (closer to the 14 these days), definitive pear shape, large round bottom, small waist, small 36A boobs and just short of 5’9″ tall. It is this height dimension that doesn’t work very well with this teddy. All the good things first, though. The mesh material is lovely, it has stretch in all directions and is nice and soft making it extremely comfortable to wear. The only slight scratchiness is where the holder loops are sewn on that the front ribbon criss crosses through, and this is very mild, and not noticeable at all after a short time. The make quality is good, all edging and seams are elastic and sewn with zero puckering. The width is very adjustable so I think will fit the full range of sizes, the waist band being both fully elastic as well as adjustable at the back. The halter neck can be tied wherever appropriate to accomodate my, very small, up to others, significantly larger, boobs. Admittedly, a C or D cup would probably be ideal with a bit more to fill out the top than I have but not so much that the lack of support becomes an issue as there is very little of this. The front ribbon can also be tied to adjust the overall width. Normally, in teddies I go for crotchless so they can be left on during sex. This is not crotchless but access everywhere is so easy that it is not a problem at all. The material is really lose and easily slips to the side for penis access as well as boobs being fully available for hands. I really like this and for Summer, when it is a little warmer than now, it would be perfect for wearing about the house in the evening. So onto my problem, I can wear this teddy so it is very flattering on top or very flattering on my bottom but not both simultaneously. If I fit it to most flatter my boobs my bottom is chewing on a wedgie and the floaty lace sits unflatteringly too high and baggy over my narrow waist. It’s not uncomfortable wedgie tightness but it’s not a good look. If I loosen the halter neck, it sits beautifully half way down my bum cheeks revealing the lower part of sexy, pert bum cheeks with material ruffles below and a flattering hip silhouette. However in this situation, the halter neck is pretty much at my nipples before widening and they do keep slipping out from behind the very small amount of material covering them. My preference is to wear it this way and flatter my bottom but I so wish, for me, it was a little longer. Ladies shorter than myself through the torso should find it flattering all over. I don’t feel as sexy in this as I do in other pieces from BellesHoney due to the lack of length. It is however, incredibly comfortable and super practical for easy access fun so I can still see me wearing it regularly once Summer kicks in, the weather is warmer and sexy coverage with easy access takes over from warm fleecy pajamas.
As always fast and discreet delivery. As for the item itself I absolutely adore this teddy! From the first look I immediately notice the elegance of this item, the beautiful ivory lace pairs wonderfully with the peach ribbon not only to the halter neck and adjustable cleavage but also the lovely little bows at the top of the open leg at the hip, along with the trim really makes this a beautiful piece. I did actually think it was a shame I’m already married as this would have been perfect as bridal nightwear or even for my honeymoon as-well as every night since. Before trying on I was a little apprehensive as most teddy’s or even jumpsuits with an elasticated waist usually seem to sit in the wrong place and don’t usually do me any favours with the look of my figure, However once again from LH this was not the case at all. It sits absolutely perfect on the waist and glides beautifully over my figure, looking very flattering while keeping my mummy tummy and imperfections perfectly covered, however still easily allowing all access for the OH as the open high leg slit allows for the lace to be moved to the side with complete ease and comfort. I personally prefer this and feel this works better than if it had been crotchless. There is plenty of room with the elasticated waist on its own but with the added adjustable strap at the back of the waist keeps it completely comfortable to wear not only for intimacy but also to sleep and lounge in. This also allows the lace to be a sexy low v back. I am 5ft 4” and fluctuate between sizes but averaging around a size 12 so I am always looking for lingerie with multiple sizing to make sure I can get use out of it while fluctuating between 2 to 3 dress sizes, While still making me feel comfortable, sexy and confident in my own body… and once again with this piece LH have smashed it out the park, again they have made a gorgeous piece to fit multiple sizes without causing any compromise to quality or style. Although this is called a flirty teddy and oh yes it certainly is that. I also like to wear this teddy just for me to make me feel elegantly sexy and confident in myself, although the OH can’t control himself either way. I can’t wait for them summer night to draw in as this teddy will be my continued go to.
Very sexy but gentle piece. Warmly seducing pastel ivory colour. Straps add more passion to the whole look. As one size piece, very universal teddy. My sizes are 38c, bottom 10 and I’m pretty tall (1,79m). This fits me perfectly. It is also adjustable from the back and you can adjust neck part and front for a bigger/smaller bust owners. The lace are more transparent than I expected. But it’s is amazing quality, soft to skin, very stretchy, don’t seem you can break straps easily. The title explains that piece very precisely, it is flirty piece. Perfect for games and perfect to be used as sexy night wear in regards to very soft material. So far I have never been disappointed of receiving any type of lingerie from here.
This is a really cute and pretty teddy with beautiful, sheer lace and cute bow details. I particularly like the bottom of this teddy; its floaty material skims my bum and is really flattering on my pear-shaped curves. The side slits with little bows are cute and add a sexy detail and an extra glimpse of skin. The halter neck top and deep plunge front is beautiful and leaves very little to the imagination! I was very pleased to find that, unlike a lot of sexy lingerie, this is soft, comfortable and easy to put on. The lace up front is a little fiddly to get the bow to sit right but, once you’ve got it how you want it, there’s no need to untie it. I am pear-shaped, size 12 on top, size 14 – 16 on the bottom, a little on the short side at 5’3” and usually wear a size 34D / 36C bra. This teddy is an excellent fit for me and is very comfortable to wear. The material looks delicate but is actually very stretchy and soft against the skin. The waist is both stretchy and adjustable at the back, and the top can be tied as tight or loosely as you need. There is no support for the boobs which is worth bearing in mind if this is important to you but, as I have relatively average boobs, I’m quite happy without any support and prefer sheer, soft material to show them off as much as possible! I really think this would fit most people in the 8-16 range that it’s designed for. I have given it 4 stars only because I don’t always feel 100% confident in it, otherwise it would have been a 5-star piece. I am a little self-conscious of my tummy area and, if I’m having a bad day, this isn’t as flattering around the waist as some of my other pieces. A wider waist band might have helped my confidence a little. I think this would be particularly suited to someone with an hourglass figure and a well defined waist or a more athletic shape.
